Who Am I?
When it came to deciding what my purpose was after high school, I knew that it would be in helping others.
I knew that the rising obesity crisis and the increase in connectedness through social media, my pledge to educate and help transform as many lives as possible beyond my physical geography would be my primary prerogative. I have studied a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Nutrition and Metabolism (University of Sydney), am a qualified level 1 strength coach from Strength System International, and a level 1 bodybuilding coach from J3 University.
When it comes to health and fitness, we are overwhelmed by differing opinions and schools of thought. Nutrition and training should not be complicated and should be simple to follow. My lifelong endeavor to society is to provide evidence-based plans on appropriate nutrition and training programs that are periodised and tailored to your needs. Coaching is a tool to provide continuous education and methods to maximise your health and fitness goals.
